1. Return Policy

We accept returns for products purchased directly from Shrivastrakala.com under the following conditions:

Eligible Products: Items such as Laddu Gopal Poshak, Bansuri, Mukut, Mala, Full Set Poshak, and other handcrafted devotional products can be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Window: You can initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Return: Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts will not be accepted.

Custom or Personalized Items: Any custom-made or personalized products (like made-to-order poshaks or engraved jewelry) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received defective or damaged during transit.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (especially if defective or damaged).

Our team will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization and provide detailed return instructions.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to us using a reliable courier service.

Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received defective or damaged.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days once approved.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, PayTM, etc.). For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet.

Refund Amount: Refunds include the product price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged during transit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
If canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
